My Healthy‑ness® programme is built upon a foundation of four important cornerstones in our lives and puts the ‘NESS’ into Healthy‑ness® through Nutrition, Exercise, Stress and Sleep.  If any one of these cornerstones is out of balance, it will have an impact on the others and will result in a decline in health and a lower quality of life.  My programme helps to maintain a healthy balance between all four of these cornerstones, which includes our environment and mindfulness.
